Dear Sir/Madam
Have received a reply for my mail from Sony ericsson customer care.
have attached the same for ur reference.
Would like to say some thing before
As they have replaced the mother board in the month of Dec-08.Their shold not be any problem with my mobile as it is considered new when we change the mother board.Now i got a info from service centre that it has some flux problem.They are too not confirm with that they told me they have to chage and check about the condition.
The service people for minor problems( flux changing) it il take hardly one 1 hr which we can wait and get the same as we cant be without mobiles now.My warranty peroid end on 17.02.09. Kindly help me as i have invested Rs10500/- for my mobile

Dear Sir
I am Prasanna here from Chennai, Tamil Nadu
I have bought Sony Ericsson W580i mobile on 17th Feb 2008 from Subiksha, Ambattur, Chennai. Mobile is still under national warranty.
In lieu with the Teleconv with Sony Ericsson customer care I am enclosing the complaint statement of my mobile handset Sony EriccsonW580i.
The list of complaints of my handset is as below
1. The charging socket was not working and had hanging problem while dialing the call was the initial problem. It took 2 days to solve the above issue.
2. Camera was not working properly and got a info from service persons that camera wire was damaged which have to be replaced. As I had the same problem after changing the wire too service persons told me that mother board had some problem and that has to be changed. It took 20 days to do the above problem.
3. Now the volume control button at the side is not working and mobile hangs off frequently.
If the problem prolongs at the same rate, when can I use the mobile without any problem and what is your action towards customer satisfaction and problem free mobile.

Pls advice me how to proceed towards the prolonging problem in my handset.

As my mobile mother board was changed in the month of Dec-08, I thought that was a new mobile and will not have any problems or issue further.

As the problems exist now too I request u to replace my handset at the earliest and provide me a problem free new handset.

Solution of your complaintThe solution for the above problem can be replacing of my mobile with new mobile r pls extend my warranty period to 1 yr further to check the reliability of the mobile.
