I have purchased a brand new car Maruti A Star. The dealer assured me that the car is completely tested and its in perfect condition. They also assured me that Maruti A Star is very successful car launced in recent months. The dealer assured me they will take care of any issues without any problem. I drove the car home and while I was doing that the Car was over heating and Car over heating sign was on. I repeat I was assured by dealer the car is completely tested my Maruti and Dealer itself but it over heated by the time I reach home. I logged a complaint to dealer about over heating and guess what to my surprise they said there is no problem with my car and there is some sensor issues. I okayed and took the car next day. While I was driving it started giving me over heating signs again. I called the dealer and they said I need to changed the radiator and its a manufacturing defect. I requested the dealer to provide me with a New Car instead this manufacturing defective piece. They refused to even respond me. I logged the complaint to Maruti Corporate Helpline and still there was no response. Dealer is not even getting back to me and also refuse to mention anything about the car. He still has my car in their service station. This is ridiculous. I have been given worst customer service both my Maruti authorised dealer ( Amar Cars PVT LMT, Baroda, Gujarat) and Maruti Suzuki Corporate. I have been calling every 2 hours to get any reponse from maruti corporate and all they tell me is my complaint will be forwarded and someone will get back to me, but its been 3 days I have no response from either maruti corporate and dealer who still have my car which is paid by me. This is stealing according to me. I am an NRI who heard great about Maruti Suzuki. I am very much ashamed how Indian companies are responding to the customer service. I will be reporting this to Consumer Court and will take it to all media if possible. Maruti A-Star has manufacturing defects and they are overuling me and keeping my money and my car. I have not been given a inspection report either from dealer or from maruti suzuki. This has to be worst, I repeat worst customer service by Maruti Suzuki and its dealer Amar Cars pvt lmt, Baroda. Please help me to post this to hightest level indicating Maruti A-Star is a complete FAILURE. 

Solution of your complaintI want to get a new car instead of Manufacturing defect model or refund my money back.
