To,M/s. Motorola India Pvt.Ltd.,Motorolla Excellence Center.Respected Sir,With high hopes, I purhcased a Motorola Mobile, Model No. L9,(HG118700832A)Black Slate, IMEI: 356900011204071. dt 06/04/ 2008. After a few months, I faced a charging problem in my mobile and so I visited your authorized service center at Siddivinayak Tele Services,107, D-wing, Shanti Shopping Centre, Mira Road, Mumbai-401107 on29/09/2008. Your Personnel Mr.Mayur and Mr.Raj attended my job and said that it is level 3 work and therefore themobile has to be sent to Chennai for repairs. After several follow-ups and also launching a complaint on the Internet, they returned me the mobile after 15 days i.e. on 14/10/2008 and charged Rs.450/- for the same in Warranty Period.Again after few months , I faced a new problem in my Mobile. (Symptom-IntermittantWhite Screen and the mobile would go in a hang!

mode). Again, I visited your service center at Siddivinayak Tele Services, Mira Road on 23/01/2009. Again Mr.Mayur andthe other personnel present over there gave a reply saying that, it is PCB (Main Board)Problem and again the mobile has to be sent to Chennai. I handovered my mobile to them.They told me come within 7 to 8 days. But till date, inspite of several follow-ups over phone, i have not received a proper reply and i feel that your personnnel are just doingtime-pass.Finally, Iwant to bring to your notice that, this mobile is totally defective piece and therefore request you to arrange for giving me a totally new piece so i will not facesuch repeated problems in future. And I do not understand why your company beingsuch a world class product company cant arrange for repairs of the mobile at mumbaiitself rather than being dependent on the Chennai Branch every now and then for eachand every thing.&nb!

sp; Mumbai being such a busy city, it is not possible for people to wa
itfor so long to get their mobile sets repaired. Your Mumbai Branch service is totallyhandicapped and dependent on service at Chennai Branch.
