I had gone to purchase a HTC mobile of worth Rs.13768/- on 13 sep 2008 from Mobile store,hall bazaar,Amritsar,contact no:-0183-5017400 as there credit card machine was not functional so we had purchase the same model of mobile on the very same day from a different mobile store,lawrence road,amritsar.On 18 sep 2008 we got a call from MS,HALLBAZAAR saying that there credit card machine has now become functional and the very first slip which had come out is of ours.We had not sign on that slip.and conveyed to him the same that we had purchase the mobile on 13th only.Regarding the same we has complain no. of times in ICICI Bank,Mobile store.Launch a complaint regarding the same online.Had a word with a finance manager Mr.Rakesh,contact no:-9888188821.Every time assurance is given but till yet no solution.Every time both the companies try to put the things on others court. 

Solution of your complaintBoth the companies should be penalised as they have taken almost 5 months to solve this issue?And harssed the customer physically and mentally? 
ActionI am going to lunge a complaint in Consumer court?
