My Debit Card was blocked by the ABN AMRO BANK without any intimation or request on 24th January 2009. I enquired about the reason from their customer care executive. He had given me so many pretexts for blocking. But when I insisted for reason he told me that it was by mistake and they will send me debit card free of cost within a week. Now my woes started with bank and their designated courier company - BLUE DART. In spite of requesting them to deliver the card on Saturday no body heeded it from blue dart as well from abn amro bank. Now from last two weeks I have not got the debit card.
Summary of this complaint is I am suffering without my fault. I am following up with all these persons who do not care about any customer. May be this forum can bring some respite to me.
|Solution of your complaint||I have requested them to get it delivered it on Saturdays. But I do not know that they understand simple English or not. I think they do not care about customers. |
|Action||I will take it up to higher level. Otherwise I will close the accounts. Not required with such a problematic bank. |
