I have been overcharged by airtel. They had deactivated my services for non payment of the bill inspite of me making the payment. They now refuse to waive off the amount of Rs. 250 from my bill. It is their mistake and they are insisting I pay for it.  

Solution of your complaintAirtel should waive off the payment of Rs 250 which they have wrongfully charged me for.  
ActionI will discontinue to use airtel as a service provider and ensure that my family and friends switch their service providers too.
