Ever since I have got this connection I have faced a problem with this. I converted my pre paid number to post paid Number. My number is 9845985706
I was explained wrong details about the plan and they put me on 248AES plan. I wanted 199 Special plan where my monthly rental is 199 Rs and local call to any mobile is 300 mins free after which I will be charged 50Ps and std at 1 Rp. Incoming roaming was 1 Rp and Outgoing at 1.50Rp. The day after my post paid got activated i got call from customer service and they explained a totally different call charges. I raised a complaint and they said they would convert it soon. Every since then my plan hasnt been changed. When called they give me reasons like they tried contacting but my number was busy and not reachable and every other excuse on earth. Itís been more than 20-25 days and still no
response from Airtel.
When I told that I would not make any payments on 248 plan but convert the rates to 199 and send me the bill they are not willing to do it and they asked me to stop using the number till my plan is changed.
They come up with all such excuses but be responsible enough and get the plan changed.
The airtel service is just getting worse day by day and it is causing nuisance to its customers.
