Sub: Regarding complaint against videocon TV and your authorized service centre
With due regards I would like to inform you about your poor maintenance service in Delhi.I am totally disappointed your service now I cannot tolerate it so I am giving you details:

Name of the dealer:Gupta Electronics tehsil road gohana distt. sonipat haryana.
I have lodged a complaint in your toll free no.18004194040 on dated 16.01.2009 complaint no.DEL1601090628 after no action again I lodged a complaint on dated 04.02.09 complaint no.DEL02090624. Service man Mr Vishal(Mo.No.9968510508) came and told me some parts will be change in your TV and he will be change that parts next day he tell me.But later two days no one came to change that parts. I talked mr Gyan (Mo.No.9873232364) he told me someone he will send for repair tomorrow. But still now no action has been taken. I have totally tired for calling your service centre but now they are saying they have no parts for change.
So I am facing this type of problem for your service centre therefore I request you pls solve it as soon as possible.
