i had purchased one tata indigo from him motors in the middle of last year. after driving it for about 10,000 kms we reliased that our rear tyres were wearing in a weird way. this was brought to the notice of him motors at patpargang, delhi. they informed that it might be due to wheel aglignment as per the needful was done in their work shop.
we again brought it to their notice. same procedure was followed and the vehicle was handed back to us.
again after passage of some time when vehicle had done 22,000kms approx. this problem was again brought to their notice.
vehicle was left at the workshop for more than two days for the remedy but nothing happened.
him motors even replaced the hind shockers but it did not benefit.
around same time rear left tyre had developed a big hole in it, while the rest of the surface of the tyre was ok.
mr.vijay at him motors said that it was as tyre manufacturing problem and goodyear people will contact you. nobody came and nothing happened.
another tyre developed same kind of erossion.
compaints did not help.
we shifted to raghvanshi motors. same procedure was followed by them.
nothing happened. than we were asked to put on new tyres that may be compaint has been solved or might be that problem was with tyres only.
i got new bridgestone tyres fitted to my car.
after 5000kms the same problem is visible.
i visited raghuvanshi motors, they again aligned the wheels. but that only agrevated the problem further.

Solution of your complaintit appears to be a manufacturing defect in chasis of the body as nobody could rectify the said problem 
Actioni wish to go to the consumer court to ask for the redresal of the problem and should get a trouble free new car from the company in place of this defective peice.
