First time contacted Nokia care (Basavanagudi Gandhi Bazar Main Road) on 5th Jan 2009 (Job Sheet number 090105/33). Last Job sheet number is 090128/2214.
My mobile had been switching off automatically after 5 -10 minutes. They called me saying that it got repaired. I collected and after 5 min same problem reoccurred. I went there at least 8-10 times during that week. Finally they told me that it will take 20 days for battery replacement. Again problem was as it is when I have been contacted saying that problem got resolved.
It was 28 Jan 2009 when they told me that Hand Set needs to be sent to Delhi Head office for new replacement with due date of 14 Feb 2009.
On 13th Feb they contacted me and asked to collect the repaired hand set, when I told it should be replaced by new on they argued saying that problem has been rectified at Delhi Head Office.
5-10 minutes after collecting the repaired set it was giving the same problem.
I became very tired due to multiple time harassment that to going personally so many times from the office jeopardizing my important meetings & critical work.
I told the local Manager Mr. Kumar that why cannot you recommend and get me the new replacement instead harassing me. He behaved very badly and told me that you are not my relative and take back your hand set and do whatever you want.
