I purchased a sofaset, two beds, two mattresses , a dining table - two beds were sent on the 2nd which was the date the deliveries were supposed to be made. No mattress was delivered and after multiple phone calls a makeshift mattress of a lower model was delivered that evening. ( I was informed after all payments were made that one mattress is out of stock). Since then - I am yet to receive the original mattress, the other mattress in the original order and the sofaset. The dining table arrived on the 11th and is yet to be assembled. I speak to customer care many times a day- they give me the run around and have left me with nothing to live on yet.
Solution of your complaint
Take action against the responsible people who led me to believe that we will receive the furniture on the given days and cancel my order and return my money for the products that are yet to be delivered.
I would like to take the matter to court or a consumer redressal forum.
