I have been using NP370 Airtel Post Paid connection from 3 years now.
The Service provider changes my rate plan and i get to know about it only when i call the customer care. The customer care representatives are hopeless, they are not helpful. They have done a mistake and blaming it on me, when i ask them to revert back the plan.

I spoke to a floor Manager named Prashanth who is sitting in the Divya shree Chambers, airtel office Bangalore. when i ask him why the plan was changed he has no answer, but instead he wants me to send a mail and prove myself from my official ID, when it is a mistake from there side. When i ask him to disconnect the connection, he asks me to call some other time.
