Just to inform you that I have a Vodafone Corporate connection for the last 3 months. The officer who had given me the Corporate plan for my Company had said that i would get 50 sms free within CUG (i.e. if people would take connections within the same company, messages with those members will be free). However this is not being done in my present bills. I have received bills of last 3 months and in each month there were no free sms service given to me as earlier promised. I know that the SMS service is free with the CUG only but when i see my bills , i see that no such service is given .
I have been contacting the Customer care since then and explained to them the discrepencies in the bills that i get and the plan that i was offered.
Frankly i have lost all patience to chase up the matter with anyone now.
|Solution of your complaint||I have asked them to reimburse the money for the 50 sms service for the last 3 month and also give the free sms service as per the plan in my subsequent bills. |
|Action||i shall be left with no option but to discontinue my association with Vodafone and make a complaint for the same.
