Complaint: Sir,

I am Ajit Kumar majhi an MBA student studying In Trichy, Tamilnadu.
This is to complain you that I bought HP Pavillion DV.5 1102 laptop
which was found defective of mother board. I gave the laptop to the HP
service center for the service in Trichy. It has been already one
month that the laptop is under the custody of service man. Service
man''s report says that the spare part for the model is not available
in India. I gave for the service on 8th of January 2009 and again I
don''t have patience to wait. I paid premium price for the product and
I am getting this kind of service. This is really disgusting and
discouraging.

I request you, please do the needful and make all the possible
provisions to repair the laptop with new motherboard or help me to get new
laptop. 

Solution of your complaintThe spare part should be replaced or new laptop should be given. 
ActionI want to file a case in court against the company.
