i have a airtel prepaid(9871497407). On 03/05/06 i received an sms from airtel(3333) which said that u have been subscribed to bullion alerts and RS75.00 has been deducted from your balance send M to 3333 for help. This sms was followed by another sms which said that u have been subscribed to pulses alerts and RS75.00 has been deducted from your balance send M to 3333 for help.

On checking out the balance i observed that RS 150 were deducted from my balance .

I called 9810198101 for assistance they said they are filing a complaint and i will get a solution within 48hrs.

Again on the same day i received another sms from airtel(646030) which said that u have been successfully subscribed to ringtone club. RS30.00 has been deducted from your account.Thank you

On checking out the balance i observed that RS 30 was again deducted from my balance .

I again called 9810198101 for assistance they said they are again filing a complaint and this time i will get a solution within 96hrs.

To know the status of the complaint i called 9810198101 again they gave me assurance that they are working on my complaint, but the next day what i observed was that i was unable to dial the 9810198101 from my mobile no


i again called 9810198101 from my landline no and informed customer care about this problem i was given assurance that the problem will be sloved after a continous follow up for 4 days this problem was resolved

Till today (12/05/2006) i had not recieved any call from airtel regarding status of my complaint
my money is not refunded and when i call them now i donot hear a satisfactory answer from them as if they want to avoid my call or as if i had stolen something from airtel

some of the customer care executive just add to the mental agony and pain of the customers they just try to avoid the matter saying that i should call them in the morning and when i call them in morning i hear that i should call them at night

some of them donot transfer calls to floor supervisors.

i am fed up of all that

do we have any solution????????????????????????????????????
