i had purchased tickets from yatra online for the sectors, mumbai-delhi-mumbai on 19 August 2008. Due to chanes in the plans i asked the yatra customer service to cancel the tickets. they confirmed the cancellation through email dated 10/11/2008 and the policy said it will be debited back into my bank account withing 20 days.
the cancellation amont is still not refunded even after calling customer service 100s of time.
