I have purchased DVD Player - DV 356 (Serial No 806MRK0004053) from Vijay Sales Borivali on 18-08-2008. Till November 2008, it was working fine. From December 2008 onwards it started rejecting any VCD or DVD once it has been inserted in Tray.
Since, I was out of station in the month of December 2008 and mid Jan 2009. I have logged the complaint to Vijay Sales - Borivali – West in the month of Jan 2009.
Vijay Sale’s Customer Relationship Officer guided me to LG - Customer Care Centre (BPO) for resolving technical problems. I have dialed several times the LG – Customer Care Call Centre and got complaint number from them several numbers of times. The last complaint number received on 17-02-2009 is W9C21702172 but problem remains unresolved. My product is under Warranty.
Last one month, two engineers were visited my residence and explained me, two different technical problems and mentioned that we will be getting the parts from Pune and Delhi. As on date my DVD remains dead because they have done some kind of postmortem.
I am perusing part time MBA from Mumbai University and read in the books that CONSUMER IS A KING.
So I am pleading your intervention on this issue for getting the justice.
