Hello,

I purchased my TVS Apache RTR 160 in Oct-2008 from Oceanic Motors Pvt. Ltd., Drive-in branch, Ahmedabad. The time when I bought this spectacular looking bike it come up with a problem having parking lamp of the right-side not in working condition. I have politely requested to Mr. Anil of Oceanic Motors Pvt. Ltd. to make its arrangement as soon as possible it was that day and till today (18-Feb-2009) I do not have working parking-light in my bike.

After having second service over the same service center, I face problem in horn. My horn blows slow after bike came from service and those guys have not made the basic checking(like break checking, clutch checking air checking etc.). This force me to go to the service center for next day an put my bike for another day just for routine checking.

Now in digital meter I have problem. The speed-o-meter gets mad, it shows wrongs speed, distance meter is not working due to this i can not check what average my bike is giving. I go to the service center again and show problem to the same guy Mr. Anil. He said need to replace digital meter under company warranty period. I ask him to make it happen as early as possible. It took almost more than 25-30 days when digital meter finally come to the dealer now after inquiring and found that meter is not in stock I put my bike for routine service on 18-Feb-2009. On that day I got call from service center and informed that bike is ready but digital meter is not replaced when I ask the reason why then I informed that the meter was of TVS Apache RTR 160 FI and my bike is TVS Apache RTR 160. I believe Mr. Anil is foolish person. Now I have to go for long journey (approx 350 KMs) on my bike in next week (dt. 28-Feb-2009) and I want both my problems to be solved before I go,
- Right parking light
- Digital meter (with high priority)

I have asked Mr. Anil that before I go for a journey he must make digital meter available.

Till now I have very much soften and polite with Oceanic Motors Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad.

This was the whole scenarion. 

Solution of your complaintProblem must be shorted out that is the only solutation. 
ActionGo to manufacturer of the bike and ask to take strict action against Oceanic Motors Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad. for poorest service
