We have purchased a fax machine model no. 565P on 18.06.2007.
A mistake came to our notice and complaint was lodged in Your Udaipur Service Centre, they repaired
our fax machine and charged Rs.980.00 for replaceing part No. J092-01578B on 06.01.2009.
After repaired same mistake pointed out by our staff. We contacted your service centre many times
over phone but they could not help us to resolve our problem.
We contacted your customer care centre several time but we are very sorry to see your services after
sale. Our complaint no at your customer care centre is 8409253741.
Our fax machine with your udaipur service centre from 18.02.2009 and they informed us about not
possible of repair.
|Solution of your complaint||We request you to please look into the matter and instruct your educated/qualified engineers for
solve our problem.
|Action||We will publish the after sales service condition of SAMSUNG in local News papers or we will put the FAX Machine on road near public circle (Chouraha) with a notice on big board mentioning after sales service condition of SAMSUNG . |
