Greetings,

I have ordered a Tata Sky Digicom on 5th. february 09 for mine home place which is at Lakhimpur Khiri district (Request Id no. 1 - 32088405935 as per the Tata Sky Help Line / Call center.
As per the telephonic conversation the Customer Care Executive assured me of sending up the Courier or Installing the DIGICOM at mine location in next 48 hrs, but certainly that didn't happened.
Now on 7th. february 09 at 4:17 P.M I rcd a message from Tata Sky Call Center WO NO. 1-3208405935 mine request was re-scheduled for 8/Feb/09 at 10:00 A.M. Whereas the service engineer number was also provided as 9452513267. But when I called him up he was not aware of any such rerquest & was very pathetic/careless/rood while communicating. Once again my all the efforts gone in vain till 12:30 on 8/Feb/09.
I once again dialed the customer care number & the reply I recd was again misleading stating the reason that - "today is Sunday - which is a nonworking day"
Than without any prior information the engineer from TataSky came at 3:30 P.M on the same & installed the DISH without the DIGICOM SET TOP BOX.
Now I and mine brother called-up the local dealer M/S Bhasin who had earlier contacted for purchasing the item form him as v are already using the TaTa Sky DSigicom, so now the dealer replied that i don't have any person who can send the Digicom Set Top Box to my home.
I asked mine brother who went to dealer shop where he found the engineer and asked him to install the DIGICOM SET TOP BOX. To this the engineer replied in a very misbehaving and unauthorised manner stating that -
"Main Kisis ka Gulam nahi hoon (I am not anyones slave)"
During this the dealer activated the set top box and I didn't rcd the same, I immediately called up the customer care number, he again replied that the query will be resolved in another 72 hrs (Request Ref. No. is 1-3215053665).

The connection has already started & I rcd a message from TATA Sky stating the message as the connection is started from 9/Feb in my name (SuB ID No. 1027929650).

BUT ULTIMATELY TILL DATE I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED THESE FAKE & MENTALLY DISTURBING COMMUNICATIONS. I HAV NOT RCD ANY SOLUTIONS TILL DATE, IT IS REALLY A MENTAL AGONY TO BE A BUYER OF SUCH GOOD REPUTED CO. IAM PERSONALLY WORKING FOR A MULTI-NATIONAL COMPANY AS A CLUSTER MANAGER FOR BANCAAASURANCE & ALLIED SERVICES HEAD AT HALDWANI (UTTARAKAHAND).
AS A PVT PERSON I FEEL IF SUCH KIND OF SERVICES WILL PREVAIL THAN IT IS REALLY going to be huge loss not only for company but also for the clients that wants to be a buyer despite such a recessionmarket hard to add new customer so how will one retain the old LOYAL Customers.

Pls take appropriate action & provide me immediate solutions.
