I have given my handset for a service at Venus Telelinks,Marathalli who is the authorized service center for Sony Ericsson on Jan 10,2009. The defect was some keys were not functioning.The guy has given my mobile back after so many visits to his service center that too on February 9th of 2009. For my astonishment if i check my IMEI number it has been changed and mobile that has been given has some more defects like its mic doesnot work. I have called the Sony Ericsson Customer care and asked about my complaint status which i filed on 7th of February.They said my handset will be given on wednesday ie., on 11th Feb. I explained them what has happend and conferenced the call with Service center guy. He admitted that the mistake was from his side and the actual mobile will be given in two days. After that when I try to reach his mobile ...it is being diverted to some other number and that number doesn't exist. When I visit the service center it is closed. I am vexed,tired , I don't know how to express my angry..
