DEAR SIR,

MY NAME IS RAMESH PAREKH, I BOUGHT NOKIA 6300 MOBILE ON 17/2/08, FROM ANTALIYA(TURKEY), WITH INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY FOR 2 YEARS, AND I KEPT THE SAME MOBILE IN MY CUPBOARD AS I HAVE OTHER MOBILE, NOW SIENCE LAST WEEK I CHECK THIS 6300 MOBILE, I RECHARGE BETTERY, BUT THERE IS NO DISPLAY ON MOBILE, ITS BRAND NEW AND NOT EVEN USED FOR 2 HOURS,. AS I HAVE WARRANTY CARD,I SEND IT TO NOKIA AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE IN NOKIA CARE, ANDHERI-KURLA ROAD, ANDHERI(EAST),BOMBAY:400072,INDIA, BUT THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE THE FREE SERVICE,AS THEY SAYS THAT I BOUGHT THIS MOBILE FROM TURKEY,SO I HAVE TO CARRY THIS MOBILE THERE FOR REPAIRS,AS THEY REPAIRS ONLY INDIAN NOKIA MOBILE, .

NOW SIR, AS NOKIA HAS BIG NAME, AND WHEN THEY WANT TO SALE THEIR PRODUCT THEY ADVERTISE EVERYTHING, AS FREE INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ETC, BUT NOW THE ACTUAL PROBLEMS COMES, THEY DIRECTLY REFUSE TO RECTIFUY THE PROBLEM WITH IN WARANTY OR GAURANTEE, IF I PAY THEIR CHARGES THEN THEY ARE READY TO REPAIRS THE SAME.

SO, HOW WE CAN TRUST THIS BIG WELL KNOWN BRAND,

Solution of your complaintAS I HAVE 2 YEARS WARRANTY, COMPANY HAS TO DO THE REPAIRS OF NOKIA 6300,WITHOUT CHARGING .AS NOKIA DO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THEIR SERVICE, BUT WHEN WE REACH SERVICE CENTRE,THEY ARE SAYING YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE MOBILE ,WHERE EVER YOU BUY, THAT MEANS I BUY THIS MOBILE IN TURKEY, AND FOR GETTING IT REPAIR I HAVE TO AGAIN VISIT TURKEY JUST TO REPAIR MY MOBILE, ITS LIKE A CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS, OTHERWISE COMPANY HAS TO REPAIR IT IMMIDIATELY. 
ActionIF MY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVE, THEN I WILL TAKE THIS MATER TO CONUSMER COURT,AND ALSO TO ALL TELEMIDIA, TO SHOW THEM THE REAL TRUTH OF NOKIA ORGANISATION, AS TO SELL THEIR PRODUCT THEY GIVE ANY PROMISE, BUT WHEN THE SITUATION COMES THEN EVEN DONT BOTHER TO TAKE CARE OF CUTOMER, AS I HAVE 2 YEARS VALID GAURANTEE, STILL I HAVE TO BEG TO NOKIA, FOR REPAIRS. ITS REALLY SAMEFUL FOR NOKIA.
