I have subscribed for three Years Magic Pot, the forth night publication for Kids.(Order No. MMP000173565 ) At the time of subscription it was promised that they will provide one Bey Blade free with three Year Subscription. My Complain is as below.
1. Till date they did not deliver the Free Gift.
2. The delivery of the publication is very late( For 16 - 28 Feb book delivered on 25th of Feb, )
3. I have sent three mails to the Add given in their mail but there is no response till date.
|Solution of your complaint||1. Immediate delivery of free gift.
2. Timely delivery of publication if future.
3. Proper response for to the complains.
|Action||I will go to Consumer Court. |
