Immediately after purchasing this refrigerator i have noticed that the beading was coming out. i have registered a complaint and first time one technician came in and said he is going to stick it using some kind of GUM " which is not recommended by the company. we have refused the service, and sent the technician back. later on another one came in and said door need to be replaced since the issue is with the door. after 3 months the door was replaced (without beading). in between what ever conversation was happened with the company service center was horrible. Now the same issue come up and the company is asking for money to replace the beading.
I am sick of having a refrigerator like this. i will never ever recommend Godreg to anyone.
|Solution of your complaint||i am sure. Either company should provide a new refrigerator rather than this faulty one from the day one. |
