This following mail sent by me on 13.02.2009 to Fly customercare.
" I have fly sx 300 (IMEI no. 356868010137420). It was buy from Big Bazar, Patia, Bhubaneswar dated 27-12-2007. I faced problem in camera on 12-12-2008. Then i go to Authorized service center (Adonis Electronics pvt. ltd., Onida House II, Mahal Indl.Est., Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri(E), Mumbai-400093, Phno.02226878136) with job no.08120455680138 . This above service center harassed me last 2months after that they gave me a Replacement Certificate (Certification for fly DOA phone) with mobile in dead condition (while i had give this with ready condition except camera problem) dated 01.02.09.When i was going to big bazar, vashi, mumbai talk with this replacement, they told me Fly sx 300 is not available in market now a days and you have to go local station (Bhubaneswar) where you purchase. But it is impossible for me to go bhubaneswar because already have been leaving after 2months of purchase. and now in mumbai permanently. While purchasing Bigbazar, bhubaneswar, told me wherever you will go with in India Fly will provide service/replacement at nearest service center and If in case Fly sx 300 is not available that time you will get a equivalent of Fly sx 300 (same feature at price of sx 300)."

After this above mail they had contact me and assure me to get new mobile with in 2 to 3days. Then they called me and told, "Please submit your dead mobile (only set) at ACCEL Frontline, Andheri(E), Mumbai (Authorized Fly service center). They are harassing me and told come tomorrow or come day after tomorrow, But till date i didn't get any solution. I am a student, i have lost my course many days. I had just purchased this mobile in Rs. 5.500/- but my expenditure about Rs.6000/- (in traveling etc). And i have mentally depressed. Please help me out. 

Solution of your complaintNew mobile set and compensation also for this regard. 
ActionI will take legal action and expressed this matter through news channel also all media (print and electronic).
