Complaint : Policy number given to me by SMS-ITHC 1000010191. Tata AIG Call centre approached me on phone and offered medical insurance schemes.I agreed to buy Healthcare policy subject to my receiving the policy draft.I was told it will be sent within 7 days.I was asked to give credit card number which I furnished.Tata AIG immediately withdrew money through my Citibank card for Rs 6711/- I never received policy.I was repeatedly given changing information and even a Blue Dart waybill number which was showing NOT FOUND on their website.Then I was told I have received it. Then again I was told, now it was sent by post which also did not come till date.Obviously it was never dispatched.Based on their lies and failure to deliver policy within 7 days assured time and withdrawing my money immediately, I asked for refund and cancel order.They kept dilly Dallying and returned only part payment forfeiting other part as cancellation charge whereas I never got product and service against my order.After several notices another amount was returned but again Rs 99/- have been deducted as processing charges.They have refused to return this money till date and have stopped reply also.It is clear case of misinformation, overselling, being, non delivery of product mixing my credit card and refusal to return my full amount as with such unreliable company I cannot deal in a risk coverage product like health Insurance.They withdrew money on 14-1-09.They should not only return my balance Rs 99/ also but pay me interest charges on my principle amount as per their return dates and also damages for harassment and depriving me to buy product from other company.I have gone through immense mental torture and several days of wastage of time and money on phone bills.On scrutinising consumer websites I learn that several complaints of non delivery of policy are lodged against this company by consumers.A strict action is required against such fraudulent managements.


Solution of your complaintrefund of balance reatuiled rs 99 and compensation for retaining money for 1.5 months and mental harassment and wastage of money and time.
