On 18th Feb"09 I availed Rs.104 NET-ON PHONE SERVICE for my SONY-ERICSSON W580i cell but I couldn"t avail the services till today , however a message has been sent to me that NOP Settings is successfully delivered to my number. I have tried to contact the customer - care to sort out my problem but it all went in vain.
|Solution of your complaint||I want a clear explanation for this breach of service and thereby the undue harrasment caused to me, my services to be activated without any further delay. |
|Action||I have to resort to CONSUMER - COURT to get a beffitting answer and justice. Secondly I Will ventilate my grievances through media at same time will expose the fallacies and ill-services of air-tel. |
