The complaint Number is:

I have looged a complaint of lost sim and asked to bar the services on Feb20th 2009
However it was observed that the services was not barred and raised a second request to bar the services and there is GPRS activated on it on Feb 22nd 2009,I dont understand how is the verification for activating the service is done.Even after several calls there is no waver on the amount that has been used from 20th till 24th feb 2009. 

Solution of your complaintTo provide waver to the bill amount used from 20th feb to 24th feb 2009 and sue a penalty towards Airtel for not responding properly.Also some penalty for delaying and troubling me. 
ActionDiscontinue the service and propogate about the Airtel services to all my relations and see that they donot get enough business.
