One payment was done twice thru Citi Bank Credit Card on 22/11/09 Vide Ref. No.75176378329 and 430288 amount 2341.34.
I got confirmation from AirTel on 22/11/09, that the payment is taken twice and will be adjusted in next subsequent billings,
Bill No.868169853 Dated 113.58 dated 06/01,Clearly showing the excess payment and amount 113.58 adjusted again excess payment taken and additional payment was reflecting as -2034.84
Bill No. 881103143 dated 06/02, amounting 479.75, Clearly showing the excess payment and amount 479 adjusted again excess payment taken and additional payment was reflecting as -1555.09
Suddenly 21/02/09, AirTel Disconnected my number and when contacted, it was informed that amount is outstanding and they reverse my payment 2341.34.
This payment was no where reflecting in my account, I confirmed from Citi Bank executive and also see my credit card details online, nothing is relfecting till 06/03/09 7:10 pm
Keep sending mail to AirTel and contacting 121, I am just getting a reply that payment is reversed, but where it is reflecting?
No senior person is coming on line and executives at 121 is not able to resovle the issue,
I dont know where to go????
