E-90 Nokia Communicator Main Power Switch design defective. When I receive the call and put the phone close to my ear,the phone with a slight touch/press close to my ear turns it off. This is giving a lot of inconvenience. I have been using communicator before but never had such a problem. Its a design fault which is making this product as not value for money at least this time.I have been Nokia customer for over 2 decades but this time most dissatisfied for none of my reason.
|Solution of your complaint||I request the Nokia mobile phone company ,a leader in mobile instruments, to keep its evere existing name should help me to get it replaced with the new better designed communicator or some other mobile or refund of my money US$ 950.00 |
|Action||Not yet decided but at least you will loose your old customer along with many of friends in the industry who are fan of Nokia products. As I am MD of a company if customers complaint is not attended to his satisfaction, I feel customer can never be reatined by such group. So its more for the company to decide, what course they want to choose |
