On 26.02.09 before submitting the document, on enquiry, I was assured that this document shall be delivered on 28.02.09 accordingly I requested to sent through courier. The document has not been delivered to the adresse till 06.03.09 at 18.00 hours. On enquiring on 06.03.09 at 09.45 hours on mob no. 9300735718 I was told that he will check-up and then let me know. So far there is no response. On visiting personally on 06.03.09 at 18.30 hours I have been told they will check up and inform. So far there is no response.
Solution of your complaint
1. Persons responsible for spoiling the reputation of your organisation should be suitably punished, please confirm action taken with details.
2. If there is any problem in delivery the document, same should have been returned back to me.
3. In case it has been delivered (generally it is done in most of the cases) some where to some one I would like to know the details along with the proof of delivery.
4. Please inform what compensation your organisation is going to pay for this lapse.
1. Based on the responce of your organisation I will decide future course of action such as whether to go to consumer forum or not.
