In the last 2 months since I bought the car, it has been to the service centre for repairs 4/5 times already. The list of complaints include: Faulty Braking (Front Right tire brake assembly was replaced-TWICE), Faulty Suspension (Rumbling noises over bad roads), Faulty Fitting of front panel. Faulty Steering (it has now been replaced). Every 10 days a new problem pops-up. My only request to Tata Motors is to kindly replace this car. It has serious safety/ quality issues.
Solution of your complaint
Please replace this car with a new one. I am tired of taking it to the service center every few days.
Escalate it to Press/ Consumer Court. However, I bilieve Tata is an eptiome of ethics in India. Therefore, I would ideally like to settle this matter amicably.
