We had purchased a new Eon Godrej fridge on exchange basis on 12.04.08.from your Kolkata Main Show Room at Salt-lake,Sector 5
Complaint lodged about excess ice problem with icicles in the freezer on 11.12.08. Complaint no.566792. Your service mechanic inspected and diagnosed the problem and suggested that the freezer door is defective and needs replacement. We received Godrej SMS message on 16.12.08.stating "The spare part required for your appliance is being arranged from our head office. Please bear with us. We regret the inconvenience caused."
Since then we have made repeated reminders , but with no effect.
We regret to say that in spite of being satisfied customers for Godrej Fridge for last 25 years, now we are losing our confidence in Godrej.
