I ordered curtian poles in December 2008 but they arrived without screws and brackets. I had to make repeated telephone calls to request the appropriate brackets and screws. They eventually arrived more than three months after the poles were delivered. I requested my money back but the company refused.
There are still bracket covers missing, it is now March 2009.
I rang the company to demand my money back this morning, only to be given a barrage of verbal abuse with bad language and personal attacks.
