My name is yousuf, working ,Pune and using Airtel cell with no 9890063232 for the last two year. This month January, I have charged Rs3000/- prepaid card for one year validitity (validity ends by Jan, 2007).
Around 23-04-2006, I had a balance talk time amount of Rs1000/-, but suddenly
the balace value become zero.Then my services of outgoing and incoming get disturbed.
Then I enquired the customer care no 9890098900, they replied me that it
is a technical problem will recovered in 24 hours. Then I waited around 48 hours, then
enquired, the customer care said the amount was wrongly deducted by Airtel and will be
recovered another 48 hours. Then I waited for another 5 days and asked the same reply
heared. The same time I am not receiving any incoming also, eventhough I had a balance.
Many of my contact persons in office and personal get disturbed because of this.
Suddenly I can not change cellular service also. Then I enquired again the customer care no
they suggested me to charge a top up card for Rs 60/- then I will receive the incoming.
I did the same. Now I am receiving incoming. But with Rs25/- talk value I can not manage
to talk anybody. This really troubles me. Even if go for recharaging of high amout my
validity time benefit will be lost.
Really I do not know what is the technical problem faced by Airtel ?
Why they could not sort out this? I have waited for one month.
Frankly Rs1000/- is not a big amount for a customer , if airtel says I could donote to them ???!!!
But I need a answer do they need me to continue?
Really I am bored calling customer service, hearing pleasant reply to wait for 24 or 48 hours.
I searched airtel website for customer complaint, but I could not find any way.
