Actually my mp3 stopped working 1 day and i submitted it to the service centre.
The warranty was over 4 days before, but i wanted to get it repaired.
so i submitted with my bill and warranty card after 5 days i asked the person over there he even never touched my player .
And said that it cant be repaired and he also never took my player to head service centre as he was unable to repair it.
And also the owner was drunk.
and 12 days have passed and no action has been taken.
|Solution of your complaint||GET MY MP3 PLAYER REPAIRED AND IF NOT I WANT IN WRITTEN BY THE HEAD CENTRE WHAT PROBLEM WAS PRESENT IN MY PLAYER. |
