I have brought a whirlpool professional, as a valentine gift to my wife. After using it for a week, it started leaking ( almost 2 glass water ).I have given complaint to the whirpool customer care and I have been following for more than 15 days. Till now 3 persons have visted my house with no retification.The thing I observed is they look like sales guys and I did not see any certified techinician there, which I belive is a 420 cheating the customer. I have been begging to repair or replace, but not getting any response.
The customer care says that the fridge is under observation, but not sure who is observing as the techinican never visted my house after removing the parts and it has been more than 3 days now..
As a customer I need help. Please suggest me for the things to do and also guide me to the right channel.I want to make sure that no other person should be affected
