HI There,

Its really bad things are happening with me.I logged the complaints with Tata Indicom regarding wrong plans and sending wrong bills but they still keep on calling me threat calls now they send me legal notice also .Please see below the compalnt I have logged with...


There,
I am Ghanshyam Kini,staying at 1503,D-wing,Joy homes Complex,LBS Marg,Bhandup(West)-400078 has taken plan from Tata Indicom Internet services,which was Monthly rental Rs.199 with unlimited download from 8pm to 8am.I was assured by one of your sales person (Mr. Ajay Gupta) that I will going to get this plan and if it is not possible then they will inform me so that I can cancel internet connection. But after setup and connection nobody informed me that the plan for which I had applied has been wrongly approved. After 1 month I received bill from Tata Indicom of amount of Rs. 2449 in which Rs.1900 was charged for data download and around Rs.300 fro Data upload. As I was sure that I will not charged more than 199 because I normally access internet after 8pm.But current bill got me terrible surprise.
Then I have contacted Customer service center of Tata Indicom and they told me that I have allotted to plan which is included rental charges of 199 and 40 paisa/1 MB.I had long discussion with her and finally they had suggested to contact sales person form which I took plan. I had long telephonic conversation with Ajay Gupta but he said like I wasn't enrolled for the plan which I have asked for. Then I asked him for explanation that why didn't he informed me at first so that I would have not taken plan from tata Indicom.But he didn't gave me satisfactory answers. So as suggested by customer care, I am informing you about the situation.

As I am sure that I am not enrolled with right plan which I have asked for then I am not going to pay the bill amount anyhow. So please make sure that the issue could be resolved and I will receive the bill for which I have enrolled. If I receive any unnecessary calls from Tata Indicom about payment and forced to pay I will approach Customer grievance cell for complaint.

My complaint number is :124111675


This is almost 4 months now they have now rounded up the bill amount is around Rs.3444 and sending agents and making calls continuously for the payment which is not viable and injustice.Please help me to resolve this issue as it is really affecting me lot...money not issue but I dont want to pay money for which I am not responsible and not faulty.

Solution of your complaintI am ready to make the payment for which reasonable and true infact ready to settle this issue with paying Rs.1000 also 
ActionI would go to Customer grivance cell but I dont want to pay money for the mistakes I didnt do.
