The vehicle Ballano Car KL 43 2113 was repaired under Insurance cover and an amount of Rs. 22000 was paid by me as my share of repair over and above the amount paid by the insurance Co. The amount was collected by me by the dealer vide Indus Motors, Kakkanad Kochi Receipt No. 11663 dated 12.02.09. The dealer has not issued me with the total bill of repair and they have refused to allow me Auto Points in my valid Auto Card No. 5546 1978 2368 8019 for the amount I paid Viz- Rs. 22000.
Their argument is that when the vehicle is repaired under Insurance claim, no Auto Points will be allotted to the customer for the amount spent/paid by him over and above the amount settled by the Insurance Company.
Please issue suitable instruction.
