with due regards i wish to state that im feeling very bad and frustrated after using Haier Mobile Phone named C6000 which i have bought on 5th Feb,09.
I have logged a complaint regarding Phone hanging and battery show full when connected but not charged to there authorised service centre named M/s Saint Computer, 21, National Shopping Complex, GT Road, Amritsar, Ph.0183-5051397 on 13th March,09, Friday (it means only after a month of using it), but i was very surprised and also dissappointed by the feedback and answer given to me by Ms.Jyoti working with this service station.
She told me that "You have taken a very cheap mobile. What are you expecting from us?", "She also told me that with small amount of money you have spend you can get only this much, and we are not responsibe for this".
She told me to give her a call next day and ask her whether my mobile is repaired or not.
I called next day and got very rude answer that it is not done and she told me to call her on monday now. She also told that it may take another one week because we dont have spare parts and the parts will come from Chennai.
Firstly i wants to know that is this a right way to deal with a customer who has faith in your product.
Secondly It is definately not a matter that this mobile is of low a price, if yes, then why a big company like Haier has launched this model if they are not able to provide after sales service to their customers.
i"m suffering alot due to the problem in my handset, only after one month of using it.
I have purchased this mobile from M/s Mahajan Electronic, Chowk Bijli Wala, Hall Bazar, Amritsar Ph.0183-556305
I sincerely request the authorities to look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.
