My 1.5 ton split ac was installed the same day i purchased and I was so surprised to see the samsung service engineer do not have the right tools say spanner etc to open the Indoor unit nut and he used inapporpriate spanner and it wornout so he cut the pipe and made a new joint.
during night i used to get little noise so i complained on 3rd day, after several followups the service engg came and took the complaing for a indoor fan replacement and later since things were not progressing i again complained and this time to surprise he said there is not problem and its just a minor fault and he tried to fix it then in a minute time the fan blades broken in to pieces and fall.
Now i have been asking for a replacement till today and after several promises and deadlines, samsung could not keep up his promise and after paying close to 30,000 rupees i sleep in fan.
Highlight is pondicherry service centre has not called me once till date.
Please help me to cancel the order and how to file a compaint on the consumer court.
|Solution of your complaint||Since the customer care is also not taking any proper steps and they are only nice enough to talk to us, i am afraid in future i may have to go through lot of pain, so i would like to cancel the order and go for a different product |
