i recharge my cell phone number 9251894691 dated 14/03/09 with amount of RS.699 to get all india tata to tata calling free but they still charge all my call to tata to tata i register complain to tata indicom customer care on dated 14th march 2009 at time 3.05 pm complain number is BAL072308978 and they send sms to wait 24 hours after copmlition of 24 hours i converse with them they told us to wait for 48 hours from the time of complain after complation of 48 hours still my problem is not resolve and they still told me to wait for another 48 hours and still they not activate my scheme and not revert me the charges which they deduct form my account when i call to tata to tata.
please do the needfull and take action as soon as possible.

|Solution of your complaint||just activate my scheme and revert all my charges which they deduct when i call to tata to tata and the amount which i spend to call from other cell phone because of this problem appros Rupees 500 |
