A certain part of the Kenstar is to be replaced, as per the engineer who visited my resident on 03 03 2009. Since then they are saying that they have lodged the complaint through "on - line". Today, I again tried to speak to Mr. Bobby but could not talk with him, instead spoke to Mr. Amit Sinha and Mr. Irfan; as 12 days have passed and no response came from Kenstar Ranchi Office (0651 2351610). Both the persons said that they have not received the parts and the reply. When enquired to know the details and the reference number of the "on - line complaint " lodged by them: they could give. Again asked the contact Nos. of their Head Office or Regional Office they started doing "dilly - dally."
May I have the oppurtunity to ask you "IS THIS THE WAY TO DEAL WITH THE CUSTOMER OR IS THIS YOUR SERVICE AFTER SALE"
Now, I am waiting a quick reply from you as the oven is lying idle and am facing great difficulties.
Solution of your complaint
Immediate replacement of the required parts.
The persons should know the value of Service after Sale.
The higher officials should be informed, if unable to solve at onces end.
