I Give My Vehiche Registation No.--PB36D8377 To AutoMobile Kapoor Priate L.T.D. Amritsar For Repair Which Was Accidental On 28-01-2009.I Hand Over My Car In Running Condition Specially In The Case Of A.C Also.And When We Take My Vehicle They Changed Some Parts Without Any Information More Over The Service Provided Was Not Satisfacting There Was Large Diffrence In Colour Of Changed Parts And Body Colour. They Change Potential Meter Without Providing Any Information To Me Which Was Not Justified Act The Cost Of This Part Is--R.S-Nearby4000R.S. Which Was Actually In Good Running Condition When I Handover My Car To Them. When We Asked Them About This They Did Not Provide Any Justified Answer.And When We Asked About Change In Colour Of Changed Parts They Said That It Would Be Fine Automatically. Which Is Not a Justified Answer. And There Was A Large Diffrence In The Rate Of Estimated Price Given To Insurance Company And Actual Bill Provided To Me. We Complaint About This Many Times To Agency But No Responce Had Been Provided Yet. 

Solution of your complaintPlease Refund The Money Of The Part Potential Meter of Cost Nearby-4000R.S.Which Was In Working Condition Secondly Correct The Difect Of Colour Which Occured Due To NegligenceAnd Thirdly Repay The Diffrence Of Actual Price Charged From Me And Estimated Bill Provided Ti Insurance Company. 
ActionAs I Am Righ On My Part And The Mistake Is Of Yours Dealers So I Will Go To Media And File The Case To Consumer Court To Get Justification.
