There was a online transaction done from my ICICI Bank credit card on 20/11/08 without my knowledge to Tata Indicom,Mumbai.Where i am from Kolkata itself and dont have any Tataindicom connection.After receiving the bill on Dec 2008 i saw that there was 8 transaction done from my card on that very date and the total amount was Rs10,589 /.I have loged a complain at ICICI Bank customer care helpline, and the complain no. is SR90578615 was done on 24/12/08.(But as 90 days have passed the Sr no. is now invalid.).on Jan-Feb 2009 still it was not solved i have done another complain to the Helpline SR99441274 on 09/02/09.But till date the problem is at stake and on 12/03/09 ICICI Bank had send a person from collection team at my residence.They dont know about anything about the dispute done from my card.I do have the details when i have done a fax to ICICI Bank,Mumbai.

Please its my earnest request to solve the problem as soon as possible. 

Solution of your complaintPlease revert back the amount to my card as soon as possible.
