My car had an accident on 7th Feb"08 & was towed to DD motors, peeragarhi on the same day for the repair work.
It was Inspected by the concerned persons & was given an estimate of Rs 25000 appox & delivery date as 28th Feb after all repair work.

For delivery , i had to visit them many times but every time was told to come after 7-8 days.
& was also told that my liability will be same as estimate given i.e around Rs 25000 .

During one of my visit to their premises , i also saw one person removing side indicator light from my car. may be he was not aware that im the owner of the car. The same was reported to the concerned superviser who was accompanying me.

During all these days i had to leave my important work in between as they were giving one or the other excuse for the delivery.

Finally after many visits , recd call on 16th March 09 that there is some problem with Pump Accy Power STRC also .
Why it was not detected by them initially ? their excuse is that problem is internal.

To my surprise, i was given the bill of Rs 43000 i/o Rs 25000 ( estimate amount) & delivery on 18th March i/o 28th Feb.


I really fail to understand that how can such a professional company can torture their clients by troubling them to come again & again & finally asking them to pay double the amount of the estimate given.

On 18th March , i had no option but to take my car as i need to drive 80-100 km for my official work.

Pls tell me , What is the use of asking them for estimate or their job sheets they give if they cannot delivery on time & estimates given are meningless.

I also have a strong feeling that they might have removed some parts from my damaged car like side indicator light was removed & used them some where else.
Now thay can easily show damaged parts as its a workshop & they must be having damaged parts all the time.



 

Solution of your complaintMaruti should take serious note of this as it will spoil their image & should ask them to compensate me for all the torture given & charging me double the amount of the estimate.
