My N70 had a faulty joy stick. I had submitted it thrice during the warranty period and they could not repair it.

I submitted it again during the out of warranty period and they said that they will have to replace the UI (small chip beneath the key pad) they charged Rs. 700 for that and gave me a warranty of 15 days post repair. The phone again started giving me trouble within a week and I had to submit it again on 19th July 08.

I had submitted my phone for repair in Nokia Care, Janakpuri, New Delhi on 19th July 08 but I have not received it back till date!!!!! Nobody is helping me ..I have spoken with Nokia Care, but is was of no use...The Nokia Care, Janakpuri staff has lost it and always keep on telling me that they will try to find it out or give me a new phone but have not taken any action as yet.

Can I expect such services from an organisation like Nokia????????????

I have the Job Sheet with me...it is handwritten and does not have a Job Sheet Number on it....The Nokia Care Call Center in Banglaore is not willing to help just because the hand written Job Sheet does not have a reference number. The Nokia Care staff in Janakpuri had issued me this Job Sheet and they accept that it is a valid job sheet but they say that my phone is lost and they will issue a new phone to me. But till date I have neither received any news about my lost phone nor have they issued any new phone to me.

Nobody is listening to me and I feel I should go to the consumer court!!!!!
