I booked 6 ticket on 22.10.2008 my PNR No 8125117430 Transaction ID 0072362559 Ticket Type E ticket. from wich only one ticket is in RAC & 5 Ticket is Waitlisted.Now only I travelled. (because of as per railways Waitlised ticket is automatic cancelled that payment directly send my bank A/c) But till 17/11/2008 refund is not made.than I contact at 011-23340000. Where custmer care officer informed me that your submit TDR form online you will get money back in your a/c within 90 days. so I submit my TDR form properly filled on 17/11/208. a refernce no . provided by railways is ekt200811170275369 & TDR Status is Admin Approved & Refund Status :Refund under Process . But till today 20/3/2009 I am not received my money back. Today I try 24*7 Customer support No 011-23340000 which is not responded. 

Solution of your complaintMy refund is very late. So I want my refund with interest ( from Ist day) made immidiately.
