I bought a connection from vodafone on 22 march 2007,with an advance rent plan for 1 year.Since the plan was for 1 year they ask me to renew it the susequent year i.e. is 2008 which i did,but when this year(2009) the plan was to be renewed i asked them to change the plan from 22-03-2209, but to my dismay they told me that your plan has expired on 10-03-2009 and you have to pay from 10/03/2009 to 22/03/2009 to shift to the newer plan or i should say that they were charging me twice for the same period (10/03 to 22/03) since i have already paid for this in advance rent plan.

Solution of your complaintall the excessive charges should be reversed and the 12 days from 10/03 to 22/03 should be compensated 
Actioni would in all probabilities go for a legal action as it is not for the days but the excuses and harrasment they are giving to me
