I am the owner of an E66 for the last seven months and the experience has been nothing but disappointing.
Being loyal to Nokia for the last six years, I spent Rs. 21,000 from my hard earned money and now I am repenting it. I have faced problems ranging from hanging of the phone, microphone not functioning properly (caller at the other end cannot hear me) memory card not being detected, slide function not working properly (calls connecting and disconnecting), battery panels not opening through the buttons.
I have checked all settings, formatted the phone, reinstalled to the latest softwares and even shown my phone to the nokia customer care. Even post their supposedly rectifying all problems, i continue to face most of them even two months post that.
I am in mumbai at the moment and in the last 36 hours, I have been unable to make any outgoing calls. I have checked all network settings and the moment I use my sim card in any other phone, I can make calls normally. So the problem definitely lies with my phone.
With all these experiences, and my problems still persisting even after getting the phone "rectified" from your customer care, I am not willing to use this handset anymore. I want this handset replaced at the earliest or I will be moving into filing a case against Nokia in the consumer court.
